Ingredients:
anti-caking agents microcrystalline cellulose and magnesium stearate, L-ascorbic acid, D-α-tocopheryl acetate, beta-carotene, stabiliser hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, L- selenomethionine, cholecalciferol, D-biotin, food colorant ferric oxide.
Dosage:
1 tablet a day, swallow with water.
