Vitamin B is rich in choline and inositol that enhance absorption of B vitamins in the body. Choline enhances supply of the body with B vitamins. Lack of choline causes fatigue and choline is also necessary for brain activity, liver functioning and fat metabolism. Choline is a constituent of phospholipids and is naturally present in lecithin.

Inositol also facilitates the uptake of B vitamins by your body and balance absorption of the vitamins. Latest studies have shown that inositol helps in case of different problems like depression or anxiety disorders. Inositol is a natural substance that can be found in plants and animals; highest concentration of inositol can be found also in lecithin.

B vitamins of Tervisepüramiid/Health Pyramide are especially efficient sources of B vitamins due to inositol and choline and high B vitamin content of the capsules.

Ingredients:

Dosage:

1 capsule a day, swallow with water.
