Amylase helps to break down carbohydrates in the body and promotes digestion. Lipase helps to decompose fats and oils. Lactase decomposes lactose and casein. L-glutamine is an amino acid that is needed to strengthen the immune system.

Dosage:

Take 1-2 capsules daily with water.
