Ingredients:

Anti-caking agents microcrystalline cellulose and magnesium stearate, soya-isoflavones, red clover extract (Trifolium pratense), linseed extract (Linum usitatissimum), magnesium oxide, L-ascorbic acid, nicotinamide, D-calcium panthotenate, zinc oxide, thiamine hydrochloride, D-α-tocopheryl acetate, riboflavin, cupric gluconate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, retinyl acetate, L-selenomethionine, chromium picolinate, cholecalciferol, cyanocobalamin, acidity regulator dicalcium phosphate, thickener corn starch, stabiliser stearic acid, food colorant iron oxide.

Dosage:

1 tablet a day, swallow with water.
