Ingredients:
anti-caking agents microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, medium-chain triglycerides, and amorphous silicon dioxide, calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide, zinc oxide, tricalcium phosphate, thickeners gum arabic and corn starch, cholecalciferol, stabilisers hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and stearic acid, food colorant ferric oxide.
Dosage :
1-2 tablets a day, swallow with water.
